Kathoucha Edouard is a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker. For the past thirteen years Kathoucha has provided services to New York families and children including foster care, adoption, mental heath, early intervention and special education. In connection with her mental health and early intervention work, Kathoucha has collaborated with other mental health specialists, including psychiatrists, psychologists and nurse practitioners, and early intervention providers, including occupational therapists, speech therapists and physical therapists, to ensure that children with emotional and developmental delays thrive in their natural environment. Personally, Kathoucha believes that all children should be provided with safe, nurturing and stimulating environments that aid them in reaching their fullest potential.
Kathoucha’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Russell Sage College in Troy, New York, and a Master of Social Work from Howard University in Washington D. C.
