Please have a look at some of our pictures, which were taken most recently by our Information Technology Consultant, Serene Hang Su. Serene took the pictures during the second of two training sessions held in the office of the Agency for our staff and consultants. Dr. Ida Jeltova, a clinical psychologist, conducted this second training session on life for the children in institutionalized settings abroad, and the developmental delays stemming from such institutionalization.
